About Us
Architectural Corner operates in Dubai since 1976 as an architectural and engineering consultancy. It had been instrumental as the architectural and engineering consultant in the growth of Dubai, particularly the Jebel Ali Free Zone, and other industrial zones in Dubai.
Introduction
Under present management since 2008, Architectural Corner has expanded the scope of the design work in the UAE and abroad, and has worked on various industrial, commercial and residential projects as the lead, design and consultant of record.
Our projects range from single family villas through luxury villas in gated communities and commercial buildings, to industrial and logistics developments.
Competency
Architectural Corner covers in-house Architectural, Structural and MEP design, with the exception of the fire fighting design. That, and other licensed specialist design, is covered by the associated specialist consultants. Our engineers are well versed in virtually all the authority requirements in the UAE and international standards applicable in the region.
Our long presence in the market assures the existing and new Clients that their needs will be met, and requirements fulfilled.
The design team is working in BIM environment, based on the GRAPHISOFT ARCHICAD technology, the world leader for 35 years. We believe in openBIM, and have established procedures in house and externally for seamless BIM data transition.
Architectural Corner has access to specialist knowledge related to the building envelopes, interior finishes, partitions and accessories, glazing, stainless steel, wood and aluminum works.
As a Consultant of Record, we are always aiming to be a part of the team dedicated to the project, using the depth of our experience and knowledge to provide the appropriate development, design, approval, and construction methods, and procedures.
Organisation
We believe in long term relations and dedication. The organization is established around a core team of engineers that have extensive local and international experience, with the emphasis on efficiency and productivity. Our satisfied clients, some of which we work with for more than 20 years, are the proof that we must be doing something right.
We have established design procedures, and design approval strategies based on the deep knowledge of the procedures of virtually all the approving authorities in Dubai. For the projects outside of Dubai, we have established long term working relationships with the high quality local consultants.
